I caught bed bugs and I’m a regular premier inn customer all over the country. This inn however is in dyer need of an upgrade the bathroom and decor very old and worn. Not happy with this stay

This Premier inn was a lovely stay it was very clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. This hotel hasn't been updated like most but works well as you can control fresh air with opening windows and the heating with radiators. Sometimes the old-skool just works. Also, it has a lovely pub on site called "the cold harbour" which serves outstanding food with friendly staff.

Really big warm welcome to the hotel. Fai was decorating the winter scene and it was amazing. Loverly with with her and Jenayo. Both were wonderful.

Use this premier Inn all the time when visiting. Steve and Marie are so helpful, as are the rest of the staff. Very supportive with my disability, always someone available if needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Angela

Was on the ground floor room very dark and dinghy, looking out of window it's overgrown with rubbish and weeds, bathroom tiles dirty and grouting need replacing, room very scruffy with marks on wood.one of the worst premier inns I have stayed in.

On arrival I found IVY growing inside the room, reporting to reception I was told "Sorry we have no maintenance man". I booked for 6 nights, after the 2nd night I asked for my room to be cleaned, then, after the 3rd night again I asked for my room to be cleaned, but nothing. The wash hand basin in the bathroom was cracked, the skirting near the bath was hanging off and the soap dispenser over the bath was missing. No local directory or anything else about the local area was available. I did not stay the 6 nights I book. This was the first and last time a stay at Premier Inns

Just what you want from a premier inn, the staff here are amazing, they have even put up a guide of takeaways and eateries close to the hotel. There's a "independent" pub next door... I.e not your usual brewers fayre or beef easter and it's fantastic. Parking is easy in large car park just off main road.

Not a bad place to stay, very quiet and peaceful. Great pub next door too.

Hotel and rooms are clean but in need of a refurb. Bathroom was clean but could do with a regrout. Complimentary toiletries. Very quiet rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding and towels were spotless. Lovely staff. Dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Cold Harbour (Chef and Brewer) were delicious. Would stay again. Plenty of free parking. Accessible spaces and EV charging available.

Usual premier inn. staff friendly. Rooms good usual standard. Breakfast is grim - the sausage is just horrid cheapness so I left it. Fried eggs were mostly raw. I noticed the next table had the same reaction. Coffee comes from a thermos flask. Some toast and I was on my way.

We were very impressed with our experience here. Everything was clean, booking in was easy, hotel was quiet, free parking and to top it off the breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was amazing, with traditional English breakfast and continental options too.

Not too bad , room wasn't as large as some prem inns , location was pretty good no external noise. Bit of a long walk from reception to our room. Staff where friendly and helpful .. breakfast was in the pub opposite the hotel.

I think a bit of a revamp is needed. A bit worn and dated but the basics are good.

The biggest problem is their breakfast is served in the pub next door. As a Muslim, I am not allowed to eat in the pub. So best to avoid this hotel as it's not in desirable condition anyway.

Premier Inn, Swindon is a good property if you are looking for an easy stay while continuing on your journey. Good for both individuals and family. The rooms are cozy and clean. Service was good.

Quiet hotel despite being close the main roads to M4 and Cotswolds. Room very clean and bed comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is in need of updating and modernisation. It is functional and comfortable. Cold Harbour adjacent to the Premier Inn serving as an accessible eatery when staying there has not changed on this return visit and stay. The place lived up to its name Cold because it was exactly that. Only heat came from the food The lady who waited on us is in desperate need of a personality injection and needs to remember the customers pay her wages. Will we eat there again? No, we will eat elsewhere.
